In these days of challenge for all those of us working in schools, it is more important than ever to take time to nurture and care for ourselves. Dominic has been involved as a teacher and trainer in education at all levels for many years. As a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher he has a particular interest in support school to improve wellbeing for both staff and students.
