Course Information

A mostly silent day of mindfulness practice. There will be an hour offline break in the middle of the day for mindful eating and mindful walking. This is a day for taking the time to go a little deeper in the practice of mindfulness and to offer support in strengtheningĀ  our commitment to regular practice.

The day will be a mix of sitting meditation, lying down meditation, mindful walking and compassion practice.
