Mindfulness Compassion Retreat

Costa Brava 2017

with

Sofia Noguera and Dominic Cogan

This five-day  Mindfulness Compassion Retreat (4 nights, 5 days), provides participants with a relaxed space away from home where there is plenty of time to practice mindfulness. There is also a chance to learn a range of compassion practices and to take time out to enjoy the sunshine and what nature has to offer in this beautiful location. The retreat will be a mixture of practical exercises, meditations and also talks about mindfulness and compassion. Moreover, we will have the opportunity to connect with the compassionate part of ourselves and learn how to nurture it, thereby increasing our well-being, sense of purpose and connection.

In addition, there will also be opportunities for physical exercise including yoga, Qi Gong and walking for those interested. Every day several hours are set aside for free time including the chance to go to the beach for sunbathing and swimming.

What a great introduction to meditation. Sofia led us with calmness and gentleness on our first steps on the road, always sensitive to the group, and always kind and generous in her way of participating with us. Highly recommended! 🙂
